Welcome to Aara Technologies Limited. By accessing our website or utilizing our web hosting, website development, and custom software services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1. Service Level Agreement (SLA) & Uptime
Aara Technologies guarantees a 99.9% network uptime for all BDIX and Singapore web hosting accounts. Scheduled server maintenance will be communicated at least 24 hours in advance via email or client portal notice.
2. Acceptable Use Policy
Users may not use hosting infrastructure or software solutions for illegal activities, phishing, spam email dispatch, or hosting malicious code. Violation will result in immediate service suspension.
3. Payment & Renewal Terms
Hosting and software license fees are billed on an annual or monthly subscription basis. Invoices must be cleared before the due date to prevent automated service locks.
4. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh.
